MR GAN
- FOUNDER
Gan is the driving force behind Top Pets International. He brings extensive hands-on experience across dogs, cats, birds, fish, and other companion animals. His work spans training, breeding, retail, and care operations. This gives him a strong understanding of animal behaviour and owner expectations.
He started with dogs and developed structured training systems focused on discipline, consistency, and real-world behaviour. This foundation expanded into cat care, where he identified the need for safe, controlled environments and proper handling.
Gan has also been actively involved in the bird singing community. He has experience in breeding and working with song birds. His exposure to fish keeping and other companion animals shaped a broader and more practical approach to pet care.
Over time, Gan developed an integrated model that brings training, daycare, boarding, and pet management under one roof. Each service is built on structure, clear processes, and consistent standards. This allows pets to move across services with stability and routine.
His experience extends across Singapore and internationally. He has worked with breeders and partners in Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and Australia. He has also supported reputable boarding and daycare operations in Dubai and has experience handling pet relocations.
Gan is driven by a genuine passion for animals. He believes in raising service standards within the industry. His focus is on building reliable systems that prioritise safety, structure, and long-term well-being while giving owners confidence and peace of mind.
